Hi! My name is Ralph. I was born and raised in Southern California. In my free time, I like to play football, and poker.
My lovely wife and I purchased this property so we could take small trips away from the city. My wife especially loves the shops and restaurants on El Paseo Drive (a less than 10 minutes drive away!), and I love the peace and quiet. I often sit on the back patio and sip an Arnold Palmer while I enjoy the view of the golf course.
Our grandkids also love it here. The pool provides hours of entertainment and does a very good job tiring them out.
Although we have not owned this property for long, we have already made a lot of great memories here. We hope you will make great memories here too!
This property is a single family short-term rental (up to 28 days) in the Monterey Country Club gated community. We pride ourselves in making this desert retreat your home away from home.
The 1,303 square foot property has two bedrooms, each with its own private full bathroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and a spacious living area.
You will find that this house has two patios - one in the front of the house, and the other in the rear. The front patio is enclosed, making it very private, and perfect for an outdoor barbecue. You are welcome to use our barbecue grill, as well as utensils, which may be found in the kitchen.
The rear patio, which can be accessed through the sliding glass doors from both the living room and the Master Bedroom, overlooks the country club's magnificent golf courses.
Both patios are furnished with a table and multiple chairs, with the rear patio also having a patio umbrella.
